I haven't done any reading on detox diet but this sounds interesting. I might get started in a day or two.

Excellento! Rock on Budd!
I am holding up good! Just to be on the safe side, my house is almost food free. Wanted to avoid the possibility of me sleep walking and munching on food :}. it is to be noted that if the same percentage growth in my average trips to bathroom a day, were to happen to my investments, i would have made plans for retirement! :}
Khyati is 2 days into it and according to Reuters she has been holding up pertty good as well.
Suchi should also be into her second day, but attempts to locate her had been unsuccesful. Eyewitness reports indicate spotting them enroute, what looked like a Dayton trip :}.
